We offer three distinct Independent Living options to match your lifestyle needs. Our apartment homes range from one-bedroom to two-bedroom plus den layouts, featuring open floor plans, upscale finishes and easy access to amenities. For those seeking more privacy, our garden flats provide spacious living in three-story buildings with just six residences each, offering private garage parking and waterfront views. If you prefer a freestanding home, our villas are the perfect choice, featuring two bedrooms, two bathrooms, a den, attached two-car garages and private yards.

We also offer Assisted Living and Memory Care in our community through Lisbet Health Center.
